Those who just email us and asking for fun, please do not waste our precious time. Payment must be made within 3 days after submitting the order form. Those who fail to make payment or want to cancel their orders, kindly let us know. If you fail to do so, you will be BLACKLISTED, as I'd mentioned only serious buyers are welcome. We will email you a photo of your contact lenses (the vials or blisters) and package before send it out. *We will not upload photos to Package and Feedbacks, as people might tend to misuse it.

Pictures are for reference only. The results might be varied depending on your eyes colour. Photos can be amounted to a quite reliable source because we were using normal ordinary girls as models. Also, from Sept 2010 onwards we do not carry prescriptions such as -0.50 and -0.75.

12. Returned policy
Returns are not accepted. We will check on the lenses and make sure everything in perfect condition before ship out. Any damages occur during delivery process is not our responsibility as we have already do our best to protect the vials (lenses) with a piece of paper and bubble wrap and it is carried out by shipping company. If any damage was found, please complaint to post office and there is nothing that we could do. Also, do always check on condition of the lenses BEFORE you open them. Once opened, it considers not returnable/exchangeable* *up-to-date on 1st Nov
(i) We have no problem with the contact lenses. If your eyes are sensitive one, please do not choose those which are lower in water content (W.C). We will not exchange a new pair or refund you if your eyes are sensitive or allergic to the contact lenses.
(ii) Only defected lenses will be REPLACE by a new lenses, provided you show us a proof of your defect lenses. No photo, no proof, no replacement. Take a photo of your defect lenses and circled it with RED even there is a small crack.

13. No Payment, No Order
There is no such thing to reserve lenses for customers as the basic of first come first serve.
14. Admins of appleofyoureyes reserve the legal right to change the content of this webpage. This is including our promotions, contacts prices, shipping fees, term and conditions etc, without any prior notice.

Reminder: Change your lens case every 3 months. And some lenses are extremely soft, please handle them with care as they are easily to get ripped off. These colour lenses are for myopia only, NOT astig use.
